Upfield SC was founded in 1982 by the Greek Community of Broadmeadows & Districts, beginning with a single senior men’s team and a passion for football that still drives the club today.

The story

2008
The club launched its junior program with four teams — the start of the next generation.
2018
The junior program grew to over 300 players, widening community involvement and local talent.
2025
Home to 400 junior players, a thriving female program, and three senior teams.

Upfield is now home to 400 junior players, a thriving female program, and three senior teams — a proud, inclusive club for families across Melbourne’s north.

Player development, junior participation, and women’s football — the club grows with its community.
Season 2027
No. Upfield welcomes beginners through to experienced players. Coaches work with the group in front of them so everyone can improve and enjoy the game.
MiniRoos is for ages 7–11. Juniors is for ages 12–18. The female program covers junior girls through Senior Women in State League 3 North-West. Senior Men and U23/Reserves compete in State League 1. A Summer Program EOI collects off-season interest at Gibb Reserve.
Home is Gibb Reserve, 185–225 Blair St, Dallas. Training and match details are confirmed by the club.
Players register interest on the program EOI pages. Supporters can take out Season 2026 membership. Coaching and volunteer interest is open year-round.
