Season 2027
Yes. Talented and consistent U23 players are regularly promoted into the Senior Men’s squad as part of the club’s development pathway.
U23 players register interest on the EOI page. Senior Men send a CV or portfolio to info@upfieldsc.com.au. Neither is a confirmed place.
Both squads train two to three times per week, focused on technical growth, tactical understanding, and match preparation.
Both squads compete in State League 1. U23/Reserves is the development pathway into the senior side.
Before preseason, Upfield runs open trials for two to three weeks for the U23 squad only. U23 is open to players aged 17–23 with the ability, discipline, and potential for senior football. The Senior Men’s squad is selected from experienced players ready to compete in State League 1.
