In short
Adult Membership is for players, supporters, and community members. Junior Membership is for young members of the Upfield community and their families.
Adult packs include a choice of scarf or beanie (subject to availability), plus a club key ring and pen. Junior packs include a key ring and pen. Collection details are emailed once memberships are processed.
Members are expected to uphold respect, resilience, and teamwork, and to follow Football Victoria and club codes of conduct.

01 · Season 2026
Membership with Upfield Soccer Club provides official registration with the club and access to member communications, activities, and events as published for that season.
This policy applies to Season 2026 Adult and Junior membership offered on this website. It is the current version from August 2026. Updates will be published here.
02 · Adult & Junior
Season 2026 membership is offered in two tiers. Both include official club registration, eligibility to take part in club activities and events, and member communications.
Adult Membership is for players, supporters, and community members who want to be involved with Upfield Soccer Club and support football in the local area.
Junior Membership is for young members of the Upfield community — built to include families in club life beyond training and match day.
03 · The pack
Adult membership includes a choice of scarf or beanie (subject to availability), plus a branded key ring and pen. Junior membership includes a branded key ring and pen.
All membership packs must be collected in person from the club. Collection details, dates, and times will be communicated to members via email once memberships are processed.
Membership packs and merchandise inclusions are subject to availability. The club will advise if an item cannot be supplied as described.
04 · Conduct
Members are expected to uphold club values of respect, resilience, and teamwork — on and off the field — and to follow Football Victoria and club codes of conduct.
The club may refuse, suspend, or cancel membership where conduct is inconsistent with those codes. That does not replace any process Football Victoria requires.
05 · How to apply
Apply for Season 2026 membership on the Membership page. The club will follow up with payment and pack-collection details after the form is received.
Membership is not a player registration for MiniRoos, Juniors, or senior teams. Expressions of interest and Football Victoria registration are separate.
06 · Changes
USC may update membership offerings, benefits, and this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
